We usually make several shapes as cube, cylinder, semi cylinder or hexagon by combining charcoal powder and then compacting the mixture under high pressure. NEET briquettes are easy to handle, stack, and ignite, making them suitable for grilling and barbecuing.









The production of NEET charcoal undergoes a series of steps to transform coconut shells into charcoal. The process involves:
- Collection and Preparation: We gather coconut shells from various sources. These include coconut processing facilities, coconut farms, or other relevant sources.
- Carbonization: The coconut shells to carbonization, heating them in a controlled environment with limited oxygen.
- Cooling: After completing the carbonization process, the company cools down the charcoal in the kiln or retort. This cooling phase plays an essential role in solidifying and stabilizing the charcoal.
- Crushing and Sizing: We crushe and break the cooled charcoal into smaller pieces for further processing.
- Packaging and Distribution: In the final step, we package the coconut shell charcoal. We use bags or containers suitable for storage and transportation.
